incredibletravelphotos > "Who is here"

Honey Badgers are rarely seen during day time and require extreme patience to photograph.
incredibletravelphotos > Solitary animals with the exception of coming together to mate, mothers and calfs, and sometimes congregate in small groups for short periods of time. Males are not as sociable as females although will sometimes allow the presence of other rhinos. They are not very territorial and often intersect other rhino territories. Home ranges vary depending on season and the availability of food and water. Generally they have smaller home ranges and larger density in habitats that has plenty of food and water available and vice versa if resources is not readily available. In the Serengeti home ranges range around 43 to 133 km² while in the Ngorongoro it is between 2.6 to 44 km². Black Rhinos have also been observed to have a certain area they tend to visit and rest frequently called "houses" which are usually on a high ground level.
incredibletravelphotos > Black rhino.

The Black Rhinoceros, Diceros bicornis also colloquially Black Rhino is a mammal in the order Perissodactyla, native to the eastern and central areas of Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Although the Rhino is referred to as a "Black" creature, it is actually more of a grey-white color in appearance.
incredibletravelphotos > Black Crowned Crane.

The Black Crowned Crane (Balearica pavonina) is a bird in the crane family Gruidae. It was once called also Kaffir Crane.
incredibletravelphotos > Ostriches resting.

Ostriches usually weigh from 90 to 130 kg (200 to 285 pounds), although some male ostriches have been recorded with weights of up to 155 kg (340 pounds). The feathers of adult males are mostly black, with some white on the wings and tail. Their eyes are larger than their brains. Females and young males are grayish-brown with a bit of white. The small vestigial wings are used by males in mating displays. They can also provide shade for chicks. The feathers are soft and serve as insulation, and are quite different from the stiff airfoil feathers of flying birds.

The cheetah is a carnivore, eating mostly mammals under 40 kg (90 lb), including Thomson's Gazelle and the Impala. Wildebeests and calves are hunted when the cheetah hunts in groups. Guineafowl and hares are also hunted. While the other big cats mainly hunt by night, the cheetah is a diurnal hunter. It hunts usually either early in the morning or later in the evening when it is not so hot, but there is still enough light - the cheetah hunts by vision rather than by scent. Prey is stalked to within 10-30 meters (30-100 feet), then chased. The chase is usually over in less than a minute, and if the cheetah fails to make a quick catch, it will often give up rather than waste energy.
